WELCOME TO SILVER BEACH

Silver Beach is a brand new luxury waterfront home sitting on three acres on the private (warm) side of Lake Anna. This 6-bedroom, 4.5 bath home has 5,000+ sq ft on three finished levels with plenty of room for the extended family to enjoy time together.

The property boasts a spacious gourmet kitchen with a massive island and walk in pantry. With floor to ceiling windows, you'll have an unmatched view of the lake from the comfortable living room. Feel free to wind-up on the Peloton stationary bike (bring your Peloton shoes or use regular athletic shoes!) or wind-down with some family entertainment including basketball, foosball, board games and puzzles.

If the outdoors are more your style, enjoy swimming from the beach, fishing off the dock, and boating with all the activities Lake Anna has to offer.

Need to be accessible while on vacation? This home is setup for remote work with high speed internet and standing desk with laptop port and dual monitors.

Our home has 6 bedrooms (all with blackout curtains!) and sleeps 16 in beds.

  • Bedroom 3: Upper level. California King with attached bathroom. Full size crib in large, ventilated walk-in closet.
  • Bedroom 4. Upper level. XL twin over Queen bunk with twin trundle. Shared bathroom with bedroom 5.
  • Bedroom 5: Upper level. XL twin over Queen bunk with twin trundle. Shared bathroom with bedroom 4.
  • Bedroom 6: Basement level. Standard King with attached bathroom.

Kitchen has both a Keurig and a standard coffee pot. Gas grill and propane provided.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES

The dock is installed with cleats for you to park your boat. There is a boat launch in the neighborhood. If you have any questions about boats, please let us know. We are happy to share our experience with you.

    • Easily Accessible
      • Under two hours drive from Washington DC and an hour from Richmond.
    • Boat Rental
      • Lake Anna is split into two completely different water bodies. We are on the private “warm” side, which significantly cuts down on boat traffic. Not all marinas will rent to homes on the private side, so we highly recommend renting from here.
    • Nearby Winery and Breweries
      • Lake Anna Winery is a family-owned and operated winery located in Spotsylvania County.  The winery is situated on a beautiful 75-acre estate, with scenic views of the surrounding countryside and Lake Anna. The winery has a spacious tasting room where visitors can sample a variety of wines and learn about the winemaking process. The tasting room is open year-round, and visitors can choose from several tasting options
      • Coyote Hole Ciderworks is a local favorite with a craft cider tasting room and a pub-style food menu.
      • Lake Anna Taphouse serves craft beer and pub-style food on the waterfront at center lake.
      • Cooling Pond Brewery is a small, independent, family-owned brewery located minutes from Lake Anna in central Virginia. Crafting approachable English-inspired beers named for historic taverns in the area, as well as a variety of rotating selections, they offer a place to relax with family and friends near the lake. Grab a seat on our large patio to enjoy the view when the weather is warm, or maybe a cozy spot by the fireplace inside the tasting room during the cooler months.
